98 degrees. My poor pets are melting. It’s almost too cruel to take them outside for more than just potty breaks.

Dr. Watson and I went downtown, he almost over heated after 20 minutes of walking in the shade. He even had cool water to drink. Poor guy.

He was also a pain on the leash. 

Can’t wait to get to a place that is cooler, like, say, COLORADO! 80 degrees in Denver. Nice!

Says its going to rain again tonight and tomorrow. Hope so. Helps cool things off. 

Also, its cruel to cook with the stove as I am right now. My AC wont get bellow 80 even with fans going. Its been running all day and night and is at 81 right now. UGH!

From grungy to chic

I don’t think people understand that not eating actually does your body more harm than good. Diet in a healthier way.

It has been a long while since I have written anything in this blog about fitness.So I think that is what I will do before heading off to bed.I managed to get to the gym today to do a three hour session before doing other things.Normally I don’t work out for three hours but as with my body,it is taking longer for it to recover since I have reached 40 years old this month and which makes me suitable for an EKG test since at my ago I have a greater risked for a heart attack.But anyway getting back to the workout,I only did some light weights today just so that I can strengthen my left shoulder and do more cardio in the process because I think that the cake I ate last night really put on the pounds on my frame.Which made it harder for me to burn it off completely.I still have more work to do tomorrow or this morning in order for this cake to disappear from my belly and my thighs because cake,especially white cake which probably has a lot of chemicals in it.Chocolate cake probably has more chemicals than the white cake.Of course carrot cake contains a lot of calories.I didn’t head off to the gym that Sunday but I did get a yoga session in that Sunday which was good.
