Breakfast:

  • Small bowl of wholegrain cereal
  • 2 dollops of greek yoghurt
  • 5 almonds

Snack: 

  • 1 small cup of mocha

Brunch:

  • 125g blackberry yoghurt
  • Nature Valley’s oats & honey bar
  • 1 banana

Lunch:

  • 1 small fried chicken drumstick*
  • Kitchen-spoonful of rice
  • 5 mini crackers
  • 2 baby carrots
  • 1 apple

Afternoon snack:

  • 15 pistachios
  • 2 small cinnamon muffins with brown sugar topping

Dinner:

  • 1 small fried chicken breast*
  • Small portion of stirfry (veges only)
  • 1 mandarin
  • 1 cup of ceylon tea

Evening snack:

  • 1 cup of green tea

*No skin on chicken, just flour.
(Ah.. but still.
Well, I got to eat what mother cooks! Just always have to remind myself to eat healthy as well, thus my random fruits in between :P) 

    Food Log 6/10/11

    Breakfast-

    Green tea and an egg white omelette (2 egg whites, salt, pepper)- approx. 40 calories

    Snack-

    A big glass of water, a large carrot, and a slice of pumpernickel bread- 110 calories

    Lunch-

    Wasn’t hungry, so green tea and water.

    Snack-

    A handful of chips :(, water - 100 calories (but almost 8 grams of fat!)

    Dinner-

    Water, a Boca burger (no bun) with avocado spread on top- 230 calories

    Total-

    480 calories

    Wow that’s less than I thought. Maybe I should eat more. I’m not hungry though…

    Food Log and Nutrition Values Day 32

    Breakfast: Herbalife tropical fruit (100) and almond milk (35)

    Lunch: Spicy black bean burger with sandwich thins (220)

    Snacks: 25 almonds (180), NV Granola Thin (80), Philly swirl Popsicle (15) and Chai Spice cookies (100)

    Dinner: 4 mozzarella sticks (340) spring mix salad with balsamic vinaigrette (40) and dark chocolate (50)

    Total: 1,160 calories, 49.1 g fat, 108.5 g carbs, 49.6 g protein
