So Last Night on my Night shift I filled in a Questionnaire for a T.V series which will be broadcast in the UK on Channel 4. It is one of the most daring things that I have set myself up to do if I am to be honest with you. I was Brutally honest with my food intake, choices of foods, restrictions, medications and most importantly my health issues. They want to focus on lots of different health issues and see if Diet can have any impact on your life and how you feel.
The Main things that I had written down were what they were asking about; Insomnia and I added in the BPD because the insomnia stemmed from that.
I am willing to give anything a go to be honest as I have so much going on in my life at the moment and I need to be fit and healthy to maintain all of the things that I want to achieve in my personal life and also with Aesthetic Clarity.
There are so many things that I have been thinking about if I am a part of this series -
Pro’s
- I will learn new things about food/diet from another perspective.. a Qualified Dietitian.
- I might learn how to cook proper meals for my fiance and I.
- I may be able to defeat the god forsaken Insomnia that sucks the energy out of me on a daily basis!!
- Which will make me more efficient in everything I do in life.
- I will be actively doing something to show anyone that comes across AC - we are willing to put ourselves out there.. to achieve what we want to achieve with “trying to change peoples perceptions in the media”
- Maybe with a better diet… better sleep…. my chronic back aches will go away?? That’d be absolutely LOVELY!!!
Con’s
I haven’t quite figured them out yet… not enough to put into words..
So after filling the form out at stupid O’clock last night.. within my one-two hours sleep that I managed to get they rang and my Phone was on silent. There was an answer phone message from the Lady and I phoned her back on my way out of the door to go and Help Sophie with the Horses Shoes being put on. She explained to me more about the reasons behind this series and she seemed fairly optimistic on my REALLY Brutally honest questionnaire.
So we spoke about a few things, I answered honestly to a few questions and then she said she’d discuss me with the team and get back to me on whether everyone thinks I’d be a good person. I can’t quite remember each word for word.. But if I get a yes I could be going to London within the Week of the decision being made, I would have my Travel paid for.. There’d be interviews (including one being filmed). There would be a meeting with their GP, blood tests, health check and then a psychiatrist appointment to make sure that you are fit for the show and it wouldn’t make you feel worse.
When we were speaking of my sleeping patterns, I mentioned my mind/brain is always on fast forward especially with the Business I were helping T in. She questioned this out of interest and I said a brief outline of AC and what we aimed to do as a Modelling Agency. She seemed very interested in this and I got the impression that she were quite impressed by what we are trying to achieve. She told me more about the show as I got on the bus and she asked me if she could add me on Facebook as that is where we have been communicating the most. That’s cool with me as she’ll see more of my personality there :D and then we left it at that..
Now it is just a waiting game to see if I get accepted or not..
