R.I.P. Ryan Dunn

Some of you might not even know who he is, but I do and I know that Akuma Kanji as well. Ryan Dunn used to participate in the series Jackass (that belongs to MTV), and also appeared sometimes at Viva la Bam and Homewrecker. At dawn, on the 20 of June, 34 years old Ryan Dunn had a car accident, with his Porsche 911 GT3 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania USA. A few hours before the accident, Ryan Twitted some pictures of him hanging out and drinking with his friends that night. It is possible that alcohol might have influenced on the accident, plus the fact that apparently he was driving 180km/h, what cause the car to get out of the road and hit a tree and burst into flames. Ryan was with another person in the car, but so far it hasn't been identified. April Margera, Bam Margera’s mother, was the one that broke the news to WMMR 93.3's "Preston and Steve" radio show.

Quote from MTV.com website:
"We are devastated by the tragic loss of Ryan Dunn — a beloved member of the MTV family for more than a decade," Van Toffler, president of MTV Networks Music/Film Group, said in a statement. "He made us all laugh and had the tireless enthusiastic approach to life of your favorite middle school friend. Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Ryan's family and friends. The Jackass brotherhood will never be the same."

All I can say is, thank you for making us laugh hard Dunn, and R.I.P. :(
When I was a teenager my Friday's nights were spent at home, watching Jackass on MTV (sometimes with my mom), and memorizing their epic quotes, aaahhh good times >.<

This is how the car looked after the accident :(
April: “I think we’re still processing it and we’re just worried about our son, you know Bam, he’s out of town and was just told and he is devastated needless to say. We all are”
Phil: “He fit in with Bam perfectly, they were best friends and they feed off of eachother”
Phil: “He is a part of our family, he told us everytime he left that were like his mum and dad”
April: “Its just really hard, he’s just a super nice guy, would do anything for you, always happy”
April: “He would always call me on mothers day…or text me”
April: “I just hope everybody is going to be alright, I hope Bam is going to be alright and I hope we’re going to be alright”

Jackass' Star Ryan Dunn Dies in Car Crash Video

'Jackass' star Ryan Dunn died early Monday in a Pennsylvania car crash, police confirmed. April Margera, the mother of a fellow 'Jackass' dare devil, Bam Margera, told a local radio station and laterTMZ that Dunn was killed in the car wreck that also left one other, who has yet to be identified, dead. He was 34.

"Today I lost my brother Ryan Dunn," said 'Jackass' boss Johnny Knoxville in a statement. "My heart goes out to his family and his beloved Angie. RIP Ryan , I love you buddy."

The Morning Freak Show on 96.1 is reporting that Dunn was at the wheel when his 2007 Porsche careened over the road's guardrail and into the woods before bursting into flames. The collision occurred at roughly 3:00 AM Monday morning on Pennsylvania's Route 322.

"Ryan was a wonderful person he really was the sweetest and nicest guy -- he was like my extra son, everybody loved him," April Margera told Radar Online.

Margera has not been able to reach her son, one of Dunn's best friends, as he is currently traveling in Arizona. She also mentioned that Dunn's longtime girlfriend is not taking any calls and has turned off her phone.

A photo of the charred wreckage was posted on Twitter, apparently by the towing company. They were quickly taken down but uploaded on Flickr. The images show the extent of the fire that engulfed the vehicle

Just hours before his death, Dunn tweeted a photo of himself and two pals -- documenting their night out, beer and cigarette in hand.

Although it has not yet been officially confirmed who was driving when it crashed or the cause of the accident, Chief Deputy Coroner David Garner told Chester County's Daily Local News that there was only one vehicle involved in the crash.

"Preliminary investigation revealed that speed may have been a contributing factor to the accident," police said in a press release. At this time, the report also categorizes the incident as an 'Auto Accident' rather than a 'DUI.'

Both bodies suffered severe burns in the wreck, and emergency responders could not immediately identify them, but police have confirmed that one of the victims was Dunn. The identity of Dunn's passenger will be revealed pending autopsy results due out later today.

Anybody who has ever watched the television show “Jackass” knew who Ryan Dunn was.

Last night, the 34 year old was killed in a fatal car crash near West Goshen Township in Pennsylvania.

News reports say Dunn, and another passenger, were killed around 3:30 am Monday morning. His death was confirmed by Bam Margera's mother according to TMZ.

Dunn’s 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 apparently lost control and smashed into a guard rail before ending up in the woods and bursting into flames.

Friends say Ryan was drinking at a local bar before getting behind the wheel and downed at least 3 beers and 3 shots of hard liquor before leaving.

Dunn’s costars Bam Margera, Johnny Knoxville, and Steve-O are aware of the accident and have started to send condolences either by twitter or through their representatives.

Johnny Knoxville tweeted,

“Today I lost my brother Ryan Dunn. My heart goes out to his family and his beloved Angie. RIP Ryan , I love you buddy.”

Jason “Weeman” Acuna

“RYAN DUNN-- a super awesome memory was at the J RODY walston & the business show!!! I MISS YOU BUD!! You were always a happy kick-ass dude!!

And film critic Rodger Ebert has already stirred up the pot by tweeting,

“Friends don't let jackasses drink and drive."

Dunn had posted a picture on twitter earlier in the evening showing him drinking with friends.

MTV has also responded by saying,

“We're deeply saddened by the passing of a member of the MTV family, Ryan Dunn. Our hearts and thoughts are with his friends and family.”

BIG Lesson: Do not Drink n DRIVE

So sad and SO avoidable!
Earlier today, we were devastated to report that Jackass star Ryan Dunn passed away early this morning in a car accident in Pennsylvania, alongside an as-of-now unidentified person.
Now, a Twitter picture of Dunn drinking the night of his fatal car accident has been revealed, along with photos of the results of the massive car wreck (above).
Apparently, Ryan was driving his porsche along with a passenger, but then he "lost control" and "slammed into a tree" and his porsche "burst into flames."
The only way they were able to identify Ryan was by his tattoos and facial hair.
Words cannot properly express how upsetting this is! Our thoughts and prayers continue to go out to Ryan's family, friends, and loved ones.
DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE! EVER!!!
