Video - Fire at Rihanna Concert Cancels Show – Fans Evacuated

It was a big night in Dallas Texas for Rihanna fans last night.

A fire broke out on stage during the singer’s concert at the American Airlines Center and caused a near panic and the cancellation of the show.

It appears that a pyro pack attached to the upper lighting rig either didn’t go off correctly or exploded prematurely causing a section of the rig to catch fire and quickly filling the arena with smoke.

A local CBS affiliate reported sparks and chunks of burning material fell back down onto the stage starting additional fires near a section of curtains and equipment.

It was all caught on video by a fan in the audience, and you can hear by his voice that things got very close to raging out of control.

As the fire grew, stage hands turned on the house lights and stopped the show. The guy taking the video can be heard talking to his friend about what would happen if they had to evacuate.

At one point he grew concerned about being trampled if things got out of control.

Finally a crew member was able to climb up to the rig and used a fire extinguisher on the blaze while the crowd erupted in cheers.

The show however, had to be cancelled due to safety concerns.

The singer took to her twitter account afterwards to say,

"DALLAS!!! We set the stage on FYAH tonight!!! LITERALLY!!! I'm so pissed, I was havin so much fun with yall too!!! I gotta come back man!!"

Rihanna is currently on the road for her U.S. “Loud” tour.

The singer recently announced that she has added an additional tour stop in Birmingham Alabama on July 11th at the Jefferson Civic Center Arena.

All profits from the show will be used to benefit local community relief efforts stemming from the devastating tornadoes that tore through the area last month.

From there her July shows continue on to Atlanta, Sunrise Florida, Greenboro North Carolina, Long Island New York, East Rutherford New Jersey, and Philadelphia.

Starting in August she will take her show overseas to Finland, Norway, Ireland, London, Scotland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and Switzerland.

Chris Brown Has Violent Outburst On GMA – Smashes Window

Chris Brown exploded in a violent outburst on this morning’s Good Morning America. The singer was there to promote his new album F.A.M.E. and perform two songs.

But instead of taking questions about the new album, Brown was repeatedly asked about his legal woes and his women beating Rihanna problems.

Brown tried to redirect the questions, and was visually upset when host Robin Roberts continued to ask about the Rihanna incident.

After performing a song from the album he ran backstage and became so load and violent that security was called.

Brown was so enraged that he tore off his shirt and smashed out a plate glass window that overlooks Broadway and glass fell to the street. By the time security got there Brown had already ran from the building – failing to perform his second song.

Outside he got into it with a producer and had to be separated by people watching.

Brown later took to Twitter saying:

"I'm so over people bringing this past s**t up!!! Yet we praise Charlie sheen and other celebs for there bulls**t."

That tweet was quickly removed and replaced with:

"All my fans!!! This album is for you and only you!!! I'm so tired of everyone else!! Honestly!! I love team breezy!!"

Looks like this guy has some serious anger problems. If he is cited for breaking the window he could go to jail because he is still on probation from beating up Rihanna.

Oh Hollywood, you make things so interesting.

Enjoy that F.A.M.E. Mr. Brown. Maybe a feature song with Kanye West is in order now?

Hi yall!

So yesterday I saw Rihanna's new single called "Only Girl", and my first thought was "Katty Perry much?!?"

Don't get me wrong, I like Rihanna's music (aswell as Katty's), I know that she’s a chameleon, every new CD that comes out, she changes her style and her hair bla bla bla and I dig that.

But I couldn’t stop relating this song+video “Only Girl” to Katty Perry style. I think it’s because of Rihanna’s new hair style the waves. It’s still red, although in the video seams more orangy sometimes pinkish, but now it’s a bit longer, I’m guessing she put some extensions. I guess it happens, Rihanna and Katty are suppose to be BFF, and sometimes friends influence each other, init?

For those that like to dance, like myself, this is a good club song, it has a nice beat, and some disco moments, like when she starts singing the chorus “Want you to make me feel like I’m the only girl in world…”.

We don't know how they do it, but they did it.

TMZ has acquired the police photo of singer Rihanna taken just moments after her beating by Chris Brown.

The LAPD, seeming to run for cover, also released a statement:

"The LAPD does not and will not release any victim's photos. It's that simple. We have not."

Brown, 19, was arrested for the beating, while the Grammy Awards Ceremony he was supposed to appear at went on - without him. He was released from jail on $50,000 bail.

Rihanna , who turns 21 today, is cooperating with police.

Brown issued a statement last week apologizing, and said he was seeking counseling. He is due in court on March 5.

Chris Brown Arrested For Assaulting Girlfriend Rihanna

Singer Chris Brown has been arrested for felony battery after a violent incident on Saturday night.

The LAPD was investigating Brown for assault after a domestic violence felony battery against the singer's girlfriend, Rihanna, in Los Angeles.

Both Brown and Rihanna cancelled their appearance at the Grammy Awards Sunday night.

Brown turned himself in to police on Sunday night, and was held on $50,000 bail. He posted bail and was released later in the evening.

The LAPD said the singer and his girlfriend were in a car on North June St. in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles, where she claims an argument occurred. She said Brown stopped the car and she suffered "visible injuries" and identified Brown as her attacker.

On Saturday evening, the two walked the red carpet at the Grammy Salute to Industry Icons honoring Clive Davis at the Beverly Hilton, and were later seen together inside the party.

Rihanna was set to perform and was nominated for three awards, while Brown was nominated for two awards.

Em 2006 lança "A Girl Like Me", um álbum "bem aplaudido". Contém os famosos singles "S.O.S." , "Unfaithful" e "We Ride". Um álbum mais à base do R'n'B e Pop.

Chegando assim a 2007, o seu 3º álbum intitulado "Good Girl Gone Bad" (lançado a 30 de Maio no Japão e só a 5 de Junho nos E.U.A.) demonstra uma rapariga mais madura, e que não está aqui para brincadeiras (so you better watch out). Neste projecto, Rihanna continuou com o seu R'n'B, Pop, e Dance, mas com algo de novo, o Rock. O 1º single deste último CD, foi "Umbrella" com a participação do seu "padrinho" Jay-Z. Esta canção chegou a número 1 em tudo quanto era Top's, em todo mundo (ou pelo menos 95% deles).

Mais ou menos no início do mês de Junho saí o 2º single "Shut up and Drive" uma música claramente mais arocalhada. Com pouco mais dum mês de diferença, Rihanna lança o 3º single, "Please Don't Stop The Music" - um aparte, no refrão da música existe uma voz que está sempre a repetir "Ma ma se, ma ma sa, Ma ma coo sa", eu não tenho a certeza, mas acho que isto pertence a uma outra música, assim um pouco mais velha, estilo caribiano mesmo, ou então eu prevejo o futuro *.* . Eu pessoalmente gosto das músicas deste CD tirando uma ou outra. A minha song favorita é "Sell me Candy" , é fofa, and sexy =P

Num overhaul, pode-se dizer que este último álbum é um smash hit. É o que está na moda, e é do que o público procura hoje em dia (nem toda gente claro).

Rihanna fez um dueto com a cantora Nicole Scherzinger (das Pussycat Dolls). Esta música "Winning Women" não está incluído no CD da Rihanna, de maneiras que possivelmente pertencerá a Nicole, ou então é para algum programa ou assim.

Eeeeeeeee acho é tudo por agora =P PEACE*****
