Nike Air Max LeBron 9 (IX) New Detailed Pics

Just yesterday pictures surfaced all over the internet about these Lebron 9's. At first glance they look almost exactly like an HyperDunk to us with the LBJ V3 outsole. From the pictures you can clearly see they are rolling with the Zoom in the front and Air Max unit in the heel just like the V3. We are thinking that Lebron's team just like the Jordan, is trying to put more of that focus on performance more so than lifestyle with this years signature sneaker. We are still reserving judgement on these until we see them in person. Images hit the web earlier today and it comes as no surprise that MS has the early pictures of them. These "Miami Night" LBJ 8 lows are looking fresh in our opinion. We don't know yet if these are going to be as hyped as the "Sprite" that released last month but these will definitely be a neck breaker. Royal Tour of North America: Day 5 - Charlottetown, PEI

Braving Charlottetown's rain and humidity (you can really tell Kate's hair is actually curly today!), William and Kate participated in quite a few activities this afternoon including a dragon boat race. Kate changed out of her earlier McQueen and into a pair of cropped J. Brand 811 skinny jeans, Dolce Vita slingback wedges, and the Jinan navy trench from that we've seen before, pre-pre-wedding. 

We also saw Kate as the proud wife...

...snapping her own pics as Prince William completed helicopter maneuvers.

Kate added a red scarf and her sapphire earrings to her jeggings look.

We're not even going to speculate on the white shirt she's wearing underneath.

Later William and Kate participated in that dragon boat race (Wills won) and we got to see a hug from the couple. We love seeing this side of Kate and the royals--real, laidback, happy.

Kate sported a Nike windbreaker, her Kiki Mcdonough citrine earrings and

Sebago deck shoes (thanks to the Duchess of Cambridge Style for the shoe ID!)

Nike SB Koston 1 x Kobe Bryant QS Release Info

Remember that we reported on this collaboration back over a month or so ago? Well, the Staple Center in Cali is apparently not the only place you had to be to grab a pair. NIke SB is deciding to release a "unknown" amount of these to the general public at select NIke SB Quickstrike accounts. Check with your local skate shop to see if it's on the agenda. Apparently these should start hitting those stores over the next week or so.

Converse to Use Flywire in Upcoming Releases

In case you didn't know Converse is a Nike subsidiary...so don't think that they were trying to jack the technology. HA. Converse is trying to bring back their performance lineup this year with somewhat of a twist. They have reached out to the better half and will soon release a select lineup of basketball shoes with the flywire technology embedded on them. Hard to tell at this point what the actual shoes will look like or even if the performance will match what's currently out on the market now. If Nike has their hand in it there is a possibility. Stick with us as more details develop around what all this will intel. For now we here at SSD are reserving our judgement until we can get more information out on these!

Nike SB P-Rod V – New Images

Surely more pictures with these will arise and when they do we will have them for you. If you can remember the post we put up around Eric Koston 1st branded skate shoe with the lunar technology incorporated, it comes as no surprise the P.Rod is following that same direction. We see a chocolate upper with a white midsole and what appears to be a "gum sole" outsole...WOW! Looking very similar to the Koston with the exception of the upper was minor adjustments. Stay tuned as we get more detailed shots as they hit the internetz.
