Video - Selena Gomez Behind the Scenes at First “We Own the Night” Concert

19-Year-Old teen sensation Selena Gomez opened her “We Own the Night” concert tour last Thursday – and it was a huge success.

Gomez and her band “The Scene” started their tour at the Park Amphitheater in Boca Raton Florida and her boyfriend Justin Bieber was in the audience to cheer her on.

It was a great show and everybody loved it.

After the show Gomez tweeted,

"Boca really came out tonight. . . I love you all"

And our favorite sidekick and all-around good guy videographer Alfredo Flores was there to capture all the back stage action on film.

Over the weekend Flores edited up his footage so we could see how everything went down and have a chance to see Selena with her band, crew, singers, and dancers before hitting the stage for her opening night.

Alfredo was an instrumental player with Justin Bieber’s “My World” tour, and has worked on several of the singer’s videos as well as his 3D movie “Never Say Never”.

And after the show, Selena's boyfriend Justin Bieber hit up the town with his best bud Sean Kingston in what would turn out to be a wild night of being chased by fans, coning in a $400,000 Rolls Royce, getting pulled over by police in front of a T.G.I.F. restaurant, and getting caught by the paparazzi on his hotel balcony - shirtless and wearing only a pair of grey boxer short underwear.

Awkward.

Gomez will be touring through September but will take a break to perform at the “Kids Choice Awards” August 7th with OneRepublic.

The tour will cruise through Atlanta, New York, Chicago, Cleveland, Pennsylvania, Toronto, Boston, St. Louis, Dallas, Kansas City, San Diego, and Las Vegas.

She can also be seen in the recently released movie “Monte Carlo” starring with Cory Monteith, Leighton Meester, and Katie Cassidy - a comedy about three young women vacationing in Paris who find themselves whisked away to Monte Carlo after one of the girls is mistaken for a British heiress.

Later this year Selena can be seen in the Disney family comedy “The Muppets” working with an all-star cast that includes Mila Kunis, Emily Blunt, Amy Adams, and Jason Segel with appearances by Neil Patrick Harris, Katy Perry, Jack Black, and Ricky Gervais.

“The Muppets” will be released November 23rd and tells the story of how the rag-tag group must reunite, with the help of their fans, in order to save their old studio from a greedy oil tycoon.

Justin Bieber sure did have a wild time in Miami this weekend.

First, he was chased by fans while trying to leave through the back door of his girlfriend Selena’s concert in Boca Raton Florida.

Word got out that the Biebs had been backstage and was leaving when a group of young fans tried to chase him down.

Security had to escort him through a maze of bushes and shrubs as he ran to an awaiting car that whisked him away.

Then, Bieber and best friend Sean Kingston were pulled over by cops in South Beach while driving a $400,000 Rolls-Royce convertible after an evening of coning and pranking.

At one point, Bieber almost hit a wall while trying to drive while holding TWO upside-down ice cream cones in his hands.

Fortunately for us they recorded the whole thing on a flip-cam!

He wrapped up his wild weekend Sunday morning by walking out onto his hotel balcony in his boxer shorts unaware there was a paparazzi photographer across the street snapping photos of the shirtless teen idol.

Bieber walked around half naked while sporting his favorite pair of sagging grey boxer shorts before returning to his suite to pack up and head to the airport.

This week, Bieber returns to the studio to continue work on his latest album “Believe” due later this year.

While little is known about his new album we do know he has been seen at the studio with Chris Brown and has hired the best song writers and producers to help him nail down his new tracks.

He is also slated to resume his “My World” tour later this year in Brazil and Latin America. No word yet on tour dates or final locations.

He is also supposed to start filming his movie with Mark Wahlberg soon but there is some speculation that the project has been pushed into next year.

Justin Bieber Pulled Over by Cops in Miami - Photo

Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber and his friend Sean Kingston ran into a little trouble Friday night in Miami.

As we reported earlier, Bieber and Kingston were out driving Sean’s convertible Rolls Royce Friday while taking video of them playing pranks on various establishments.

First, they purchased a Frosty from a Wendy’s and tried to return it to a Burger King. Then they pulled off a quick “double coning” while almost hitting a wall in their $400,000 ride before running into a bit of trouble with the law.

The official word Friday night was that Bieber called the cops HIMSELF outside a South Beach T.G.I.F. Restaurant after fans spotted them and started to crowd around the teen idol’s car.

But now we are learning that that was not the whole story.

A witness and employee of T.G.I.F. told HollywoodLife,

“An undercover police officer was driving behind Justin and Sean Kingston. He pulled them over in front of the restaurant on Ocean Drive because he thought it was strange that this young kid was driving a brand new convertible Rolls-Royce.

While he was pulled over, people started recognizing that it was Justin Bieber and they started to surround the car. The police officer told the crowd to back away and then instructed Justin to drive off.”

As it turns out, the undercover Police officer was following the Rolls-Royce because he had noticed the pranking and didn’t recognize the driver and felt he looked “extremely young” to be driving such an expensive car.

He pulled them over for a well-being and suspicious vehicle check.

Word is after the cop realized it was Justin Bieber everybody had a good laugh and the cops helped to disperse the crowd that had gathered before sending the singer on his way.

We think if you’re going to go out and play pranks - a better idea would have been to NOT use a $400,000 Rolls as that may be a bit conspicuous.

Bieber was in Miami with his girlfriend Selena Gomez while she was performing a show as part of her “We Own the Night” concert tour.

This was the first time Sean Kingston had been seen in public since his tragic Jet-Ski accident a few months back that left him in intensive care for weeks.

But this latest run in with the cops seems to be playing into the hands of critics who say Justin has changed and is no longer that little clean-cut teen idol that used to laugh and smile all the time.

Observers say his sudden fame and tremendous financial success has started to affect his personality.

Just last week there were photos released of Justin and his dad Jeremy getting matching Hebrew Jesus tattoos under their left arm.

The two also inked matching five pointed star tattoos on their left elbow a few months back as well.

Not that there is anything wrong with that, it’s just that his fans were not expecting him to get inked up and start getting pulled over by cops and flipping off the paparazzi at such a young age.

We think it’s just a case of a young man growing into his teen years doing what every teen in America does at that age.

Coning is harmless – and it could be worse. He could be doing crack with Lindsay Lohan or smoking weed with Snoop Dog.

We say let him be, and hope he has the right people surrounding him while at the same time giving him enough space to be a kid.

While taking a break from working on his new album “Believe”, teen pop sensation Justin Bieber almost drove his car into a wall while coning at a local restaurant.

He also bought a Frosty from Burger King and tried to return it to a Wendy’s but was shut down by an astute manager.

And he filmed it all on his flip-cam.

As we told you last week, it seems that “Owling” is the new “Planking” but it looks like “Coning” may be taking the lead as the new social phenomenon.

The concept is simple.

Buy an ice cream cone at a drive-thru and when you grab it - you grab it upside down with the ice cream in the palm of your hand.

But I guess when you work as hard as Bieber has the last three years you are entitled to a little time off and harmless fun.

For his part, Justin has been in the studio working on his new album “Believe” – and the buzz is starting to grow.

With a list of top song writers and A-list producers working with him everyone is excited to hear what he is laying down.

Most suspect this new album will be a radical departure from his bubble gum “Baby” days and usher in the new “Justin Timberlake” era of his career.

And keeping in line with his maturing image, Bieber and his dad just released photos of their adventure to the tattoo parlor where they both got inked with matching tats of the Hebrew word for Jesus down their left side.

And while Justin is enjoying some time off, his girlfriend Selena Gomez is back on the road with her band touring and just celebrated her 19th birthday.

We knew it! We knew sooner or later the pictures would surface.

You know what they say – like father like son.

InfoStar has just run across a few pictures of Justin Bieber and his dad, Jeremy, getting their now infamous Hebrew “Jesus” tattoos a few months ago.

Most fans knew that Justin already had a Jonathon Living Seagull tattoo on his lower left belly, but he surprised us last month while on vacation in Hawaii with Selena Gomez by showing off his new Hebrew script Jesus tattoo under his left arm.

We seem to sense a pattern here.

Now Jeremy and Justin both share a seagull tattoo, the Hebrew “Jesus” tattoo, and their newest creation was the five pointed star on their left elbow.

We first saw the star tattoo while Bieber was visiting home in Stratford last month and actually got photos of BOTH Justin and Jeremy sporting their 5 pointed star tattoo.

Just looking at his dad Jeremy you can see where the Bieb’s gets his ideas from. The seagull tattoo is a family tradition with all the Bieber males when they turn sixteen.

It appears that the two are patching up the old wounds of his dad’s divorce when JB was only 18 months old.

Justin has been very vocal about the divorce and the pain it caused the family – and even wrote the song “Down to Earth” in an effort to get his feelings out.

But until recently we didn’t know a lot about his dad Jeremy – until we started doing a little snooping…..

It’s good to see the two getting back together but hope Justin doesn’t go overboard with the ink. We don’t want him to start looking like his mentor Usher, or worse yet – Chris Brown.

Pop sensation Justin Bieber paid his girlfriend Selena Gomez a visit yesterday for her birthday.

The 17-year-old Bieber made a surprise visit on stage during Selena’s concert in Orange County last night to help celebrate her 19th birthday.

The Bieb’s took the stage during her acoustic set and belted out Justin Timberlake’s famous breakup song “Cry Me a River”.

Selena looked totally surprised but we suspect she had a good idea that something was going to happen during the show.

The only issue we would take on the surprise visit is that “Cry Me a River” is a song about breaking up a relationship – not celebrating one.

We hope Justin doesn’t know something we don’t yet.

But we think it was a perfectly innocent birthday gesture and taken at face value is actually a very romantic thing to do for his girlfriend.

Selena is currently performing concerts on tour with her band “Selena Gomez and the Scene” and promoting her new album “When the Sun Goes Down” featuring her hit single “Who Says”.

She also is starring in the recently released movie “Monte Carlo”, a comedy about three young women vacationing in Paris who find themselves whisked away to Monte Carlo after one of the girls is mistaken for a British heiress.

Gomez can also be seen this November in the comedy “The Muppets” starring alongside Mila Kunis, Emily Blunt, Neil Patrick Harris, Neil Patrick Harris, Jason Segel, and Amy Adams.

Justin Bieber has just completed a month long vacation and is now back in the studio working on his new album due out later this year.

Bieber will also start filming his basketball movie this summer with pal Mark Wahlberg with an expected release date in 2012.

Wahlberg says neither him nor Bieber will be singing or dancing in the movie, and it will be a good chance for Justin to bring his dramatic acting skills to the table.

The movie is being produced by Wahlberg, Stephen Levinson, and Bieber’s manager Scott “Scooter” Braun.

Selena Gomez Drops the Purity Ring; Plans to Get Pregnant?

Rumors began flying across the Internet that Selena Gomez and her pop-star boyfriend, Justin Bieber are expecting a baby. Parents of Wizards of Waverley fans can relax, this is not another case of the Disney teen queen getting knocked up.

According to the Wizards of Waverley star’s representative, Selena is not pregnant. Evidentially the rumor was started by someone on Twitter. This person obviously needs to find a better way to spend their time.

The rumors of Selena being pregnant appear on the heels of yet another scandal circulating that involves the Pop Princess. Topless pictures of Selena Gomez surfaced on the internet, making the rounds until the photos were reported to be photo shopped and deemed fake by the star’s agent.

Representatives of Selena said they are going to have civil charges filed once an investigation into the staged photos has been conducted. Who knows? These assaults on Selena’s reputation could be the act of one of Bieber’s besotted teen fans.

I mean I know the 18-year-old Disney star has taken off her purity ring for Justin Bieber but… pregnancy seems a little far-fetched. Gomez, who has in the past said that she won't marry and hinted that she doesn't love Bieber yet, surprised the hosts by maintaining her cool over their relationship.

Meanwhile, the singer did not seem impressed when ITV presenter Dan Lobb suggested that 17-year-old Justin was her toy boy, replying: "What?"

Dani Shay wants you to know who she is and what she is about.

It was good enough for the judges to put her through to the live Hollywood shows starting mid-July.

Almost as if she knows she is on the cusp of fame, Dani talks about her current album “See Me Now” and says it will become known as the “stuff I did before I got famous”.

She self-produced it herself and says,

“I created this 10-track album by myself in the Fall of 2010, while on a week-long, completely secluded recording retreat.  It includes 2 live bonus tracks, and has a very personal touch.  :)  I’ll sign the first 1,000 copies I sell!”

Shay also created a ten minute video for The Next Great Singer web site that gives us a little insight into who she is, what she is made of, what she likes, what scares her, and what her dreams are.

We suspect Dani is right – after her national media exposure on “America’s Got Talent”, and her already embedded base of music and fans, the next stop is Hollywood or Nashville to launch a full-blown music career.

Even if she doesn’t get much farther in the AGT competition, enough people have seen her, and know who she is, that it’s just a matter of time before the music labels come knocking at her door.

Once she gets the right people, financing, and marketing behind her there will be no stopping this artist.

But Dani, don’t let the system turn you into somebody you don’t want to be. Stay true to yourself and always be yourself and let the world come to you.

And about that whole looking like Justin Bieber thing - it might have been the best thing to ever happen to you as it got the World’s attention.

Justin Bieber posted the phone number to his Twitter page and wrote “Call me… I wanna talk to my fans” , which he later removed. The number turned out to be that of one of his friends and was posted as a birthday prank.

It was only a couple of weeks ago that JB caused another fan frenzy with a Twitter post claiming he was giving up tweeting all together.

So much for that. Justin currently boasts over 9 Million Twitter followers — wonder how many screaming, frantic phone calls his poor friend must have had to fend off.

Bieber is known for playing practical jokes on friends — he recently pranked his tour mate Willow Smith while she was in the middle of whipping her hair on the live stage.

Let’s hope fans don’t take it too seriously. Ya’ll know he’s a joker right?

Dani Shay Going to Hollywood Round on America’s Got Talent - Video

Congratulations to Dani Shay!

Dani is the 22-year-old Justin Bieber look-a-like that comes from Orlando Florida and impressed the AGT judges in Houston.

Last month Dani wowed the America’s Got Talent judges during auditions by joking about how she looks like Justin Bieber, and belting out her own rendition of his pop tune “Baby” – it was classic!

But during last night’s callback auditions Dani almost blew it.

After starting her latest audition with an original song “Super Hero’s”, Piers warned her that singing original music was a terrible mistake and may cost her in the end.

Indeed it was a mistake.

After stumbling threw a few bars, Shay’s nerves got the best of her and she choked and had to stop the song, at one point looking like she was getting ready to pass out.

But the judges saw something they liked in the singer and they gave her another chance later in the show.

After sending her backstage, Dani quickly learned “Trouble” by Ray LaMontagne and got another chance in front of the judges.

And it paid off.

While the show only seemed to play a portion of her audition the bottom line results were positive and Dani Shay is going to Hollywood and will be part of the live shows!

And we have to agree about her decision to play an original song. We found her tune “Super Hero’s” on her YouTube channel and are glad she decided to go with a more recognizable song.

Not that there’s anything wrong with that…….

But this whole issue does bring up a potential problem for Shay.

If Dani doesn’t know a lot of good cover songs she may have trouble going the distance and winning the grand prize.

Let’s hope she’s a fast learner.

Justin Bieber Magazine Sales Bomb – Is His Star Fading?

I guess there comes a time when every good thing starts to fade away...

But is Justin Bieber’s popularity starting to slow?

If you look at his magazine sales over the last year you might think so.

Bieber’s Vanity Fair cover and accompanying article earlier this year was the worst selling monthly cover in over a decade of the magazines history. His edition only sold 246,000 copies according to AdWeek – 50 percent less than most issues.

Ok, so it didn’t sell well - after all, VF is a publication targeted to adult females and covers very mature topics. It’s not Teen Beat, Bop, or Tiger Beat.

One editor joked, ““Who knew 12-year-olds didn’t buy magazines?”

Unfortunately the problem doesn’t stop with Vanity Fair.

In fact, his October 2010 Teen Vogue cover only sold 121,054 issues, almost 12 percent below the magazine’s usual monthly sales volume.

To make matters worse, his April 2010 cover of People Magazine sold just 961,762 copies – twenty-five percent less than normal issues, and the third worst cover of 2010.

So what.

Just because an artist doesn’t sell magazines doesn’t mean he or she is starting to fade. Bieber has conquered almost every aspect of our existing culture and is worth an estimated $150 million dollars.

He must be doing something right.

With a new album coming out later this year, the recent launch of his “Someday” perfume, a multitude of awards, new tattoos, a 3D movie, and a recent music video with Chris Brown, the Bieb’s is showing that he is not going away quietly.

Time will tell – and later this month Justin will again appear on the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine, a historical hip musical publication.

Maybe he should stick to the music, perfume, and nail polish and leave the magazine covers to somebody else.

Justin Bieber’s Majestically Riding Dolphin Accident…

CNN has reported early this morning, that the chickadee magnet known as Justin Bieber, has fortunately deceased. A group of medicated lifeguards said that as “the one with evil powers used to inflict fevers and diarrhea” was majestically riding dolphins at Wondrous Southhaven Seapark, he got careless…

A 75 year old female cruised by Bieber on another dolphin (-named Neecie), estimated to be travelling at speeds upwards of seventy one mph. Justin tried to work his heart-throb voodoo magic on her, with a wink. Unintelligently, he failed to notice the wake her dolphin was creating. Within seconds, he slipped off the dolphin and yipped in a high-pitched manner. This in combination with the tsunami-like wake spooked Delfie the dolphin so much, that she turned in midair to catch JB in her ‘phin beak, swallowing him in a nervous frenzy. Delfie’s dolphin trainer said there was no reason to put the creature down after the incident, because Justin Bieber was frankly becoming a huge nuisance to the seapark. The trainer told stories of the young douche bag trying to have mallicious “concerts” involving dangerous firestorms, demonswoop hairdos, and music that even makes many deaf people want to commit the self kill. This sudden stoppage of insignificant life can only be described as an act of God… The lifeguards went on to say that they didn’t feel it necessary to attempt to rescue Bieb-a-doo, because they were busy thumbwrestling and getting some rays. (Reuters have learned that those stingrays for which the lifeguards were gathering were going to be unleashed upon baby Justy, immediately after they tossed him into one of the parks empty pools.) “We wanted him gone, dude. Video - Justin Bieber Talks About His New Album – Producers Talk New Strategy

Justin Bieber is preparing his third studio album expected to drop sometime this November.

After the runaway success of his My World and remix EP’s, the stakes couldn’t be higher.

In fact, some insiders say that his new album titled “Believe” will be a defining moment for the young pop singer as his fans have grown older and are looking for more mature music.

Bieber told MTV last week at his “Someday” event at Macys,

“I want to work a lot with myself. And I want to write a lot myself. I will be working with a lot of other producers and stuff like that, but I’m just writing a lot, and I wrote a lot on tour. I'm writing about how I feel. I’ve been really into it and, hopefully, this next album will be huge.”

And the stakes are high for the superstar.

Insiders say his current fans have begun to tire of the “Baby” and “One Less Lonely Girl” type music and are looking for more mature vibes from the singer – think Justin Timberlake.

Remember “MMMBop” by Hanson? Heard it lately?

Justin needs to produce a record of NEW songs and not just rehash the old ones he already has with remixes and collaborations with hip hop stars.

He needs to bring his existing fans along for the ride, but also appeal to the 18-25 year old market. If this album flops, many think it may spell the end of his miraculous run.

MTV’s Jim Jonsin, who is currently working with Justin on his new album, says,

"For Bieber, I think I want to reach back to New Edition, those days. I want to try to do something like that - 'Please Don't Go Girl,' New Kids on the Block style - because the girls would go crazy. He needs a little bit of soul, R&B, and pop as well."

InfoStar can think of lots of New Kids on the Block, New Edition, or Kelly Rowland tunes that we think would suit Justin very well. But that’s not new material – and that’s what he needs now more than ever.

One message that seems to be heard loud and clear from his current fans is NO MORE RAP OR HIP HOP.

And insiders agree.

Many feel if Bieber strays to close to Chris Brown, 50 Cent, Kanye or Diddy, it will backfire big time with his fans. Just ask any Belieber you know and they will tell you they don’t want him to move into doing hip hop.

But it may be too late.

Some of his fans say that Bieber has changed as he has grown older and they don’t like what they see anymore.

After inking several new tattoos this spring, and his music video collaboration with Chris Brown on “Next 2 You”, his fans are starting to look for a new star to throw their fan power and purchasing muscle behind.

“This is natural. Artists grow and so do their fans. The trick is to not change too much while bringing new, more mature music to the scene. If you move in a direction your fans don’t like it can be over for you as quick as it started.”

Somehow we suspect Bieber will pull off another great album.

There are too many white hot song writers and producers willing to help make sure the new album is the best it can be. There is a lot riding on it for a whole lot of people so we’re pretty sure they will get it right.

“This is a make or break album for Bieber. He can’t get away with singing ‘Baby’ forever and his fans need new material. But he absolutely has to transition into a more mature genre without alienating his existing fans while at the same time bringing in new 18-25 year old fans. Producers have to find new fans who will fall in love with new Justin Bieber songs.”

And hey, if this music thing doesn’t work out for him he can still retire with what he already has – three albums, hit 3D movie, Someday Perfume, and every other merchandise tie-in you can imagine.

We think he’ll do the right thing.

Video - Justin Bieber Debuts Google Chrome Commercial During “The Voice”

Pop super star Justin Bieber partnered with search engine giant Google tonight on “The Voice”.

Bieber was front and center as Google ran a commercial featuring its popular Chrome web browser that featured KidRauhl prominently throughout the entire spot.

The spot highlighted Bieber’s fan clubs, photos, videos on YouTube, and more.



And since Google owns YouTube they got a little advertising in for it as well.

We think it was a pretty slick commercial spot and are sure we will see more Chrome spots with other popular artists.
