My Mums 50th Birthday

So I was in Bray today and it hit me what to get my Mum for her 50th birthday.

I’m going to plan a trip to Dublin around Christmas. Why I hear you ask.

1. She has always wanted to see Grafton Street lit up at night, but doesn’t like travelling home from Dublin in the dark.

2. She has always wanted to go to The Guinness Storehouse, but feels she would be very tired to travel home afterwards, trying to meet buses and trains.

3 She has always wanted to go to The Jameson Distillery, but again, feels she would be very worn out afterwards.

So my plan is to book a two night stay in Dublin for her to all this. I will book the hotel, and get in contact with both Distilleries to make sure the tours won’t be over booked. Then get all the print-outs and give them to her for her birthday on September 4th.

I’m looking up prices of hotels in the south of Dublin near Grafton Street. And I have to say, they are so cheap! I am so surprised. They’re only room priced based, no evening meal or breakfast, but we’d go out for breakfast and dinner, or eat in the bar. 

Do ye think it’s a good idea?

Obama's Limo Gets Stuck on Speed Bump in Ireland – Video

He has the most expensive armor plated limo in the world.

He travels with 15 vehicles as part of his motorcade.

President Barack Obama’s limo is the most advance vehicle ever built, with oxygen tanks and secret weapons on-board that are only seen in the movies.

So what brought his limo to a screeching halt today in Ireland?

A speed bump.

Obama was visiting Ireland on Monday and as his motorcade left the Dublin Embassy his top-secret Cadillac Limousine clipped a speed bump causing a screeching sound that brought him to a dead stop.

You can see, and hear, in the video that the car directly ahead of the Presidents was able to clear the obstacle but clearly bottomed out as well.

But when Obama’s vehicle tried to make it over the same bump…… well, we’ll let the video show you what happened.

New Look - Dublin Store Opening

When will they ever open a New Look store in Portugal :( My favourite thing about New Look is the sshhhooooeeesss. I love them, there are so many, and so cute, although I don't know if the quality of the material is good, but I don't care, I don't have expensive shoes anyways :P
