♥ 1-2 drops red food colouring
♥ 70 g ground almonds, sifted
♥ 1 heaped tsp egg white powder, sifted
♥ 130 g unrefined icing sugar
♥ 150 ml double cream
♥ 10 strawberries, chopped into small cubes
