Tuesday Plan.

Aaaand here’s tomorrow’s plan!

Workout: 30-40min steady state elliptical. Light toning. Stretching.

Breakfast: 1 V8 & 1 cup cottage cheese.

Snack: 6oz yogurt w/ cinnamon, vanilla, Truvia, & almond extract.

Lunch: 1 turkey burger, 1 string cheese, & 1/2 bag lettuce w/ 2T dressing.

Snack: Broccoli w/ 2T hummus.

Dinner: Undecided. Some sort of lean protein & veggie.

Dessert: 6oz yogurt w/ cinnamon, vanilla, Truvia, & almond extract.
