Breakfast: small peice of toast (GF) with a tablespoon of peanut butter, coffee
Lunch: 1/2 cup of yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and a banana, Tazo Passion Herbal Tea
Snack: Rice crackers with a bit of gouda cheese and 1/8 cup of pine nuts, coffee
Total: about 600 calories ( Allowing 250 for dinner)
I didn’t do my full 20min of cardio again… it’s literally 100 degress in New Jersey and I can barely breathe as it is. Although I did have time to read a book, which is exercise for the mind… ha.
Started my Tuesday workout, but I don’t have hand weights :/
Does anyone know a good homemade substitute?
