Working out didn’t feel stressful today. =)
I put DisneyXD on (Toy Story 2), got on the bike, and peddled at a steady pace for a little over 30 minutes. 300 calories was my goal for the day. I’m happy with 25-30 minutes a day or even every other day and will maybe increase that goal someday. But, just like my cousin and boyfriend said, it’s something I need to stop stressing out about. As long as I’m doing some sort of physical activity daily and keeping a healthy diet (for the most part), I’m happy.
