I fell off the wagon.

I might’ve gotten an iced skinny vanilla latte today. I mean, I was driving past a DRIVE-THRU Starbucks. Somehow, not taking the effort to walk in made it seem less guilty.

Yesterday was day 2 of no coffee, and let me just tell you - it was NOT pretty. Sure, I had 2 cups of black tea, but apparently black tea has 20% the caffeine of coffee. I’m used to drinking 2-3 cups of coffee a day. By 2pm, I was forced to take a two-hour nap, and went to bed mad early. NO. BUENO. Had a withdrawal headache too…

Moral of the story: one cup of coffee is needed in the am, then black tea in the afternoon?? Sure. We’ll try that…
