I leave at 6 am to Atlanta. If I don’t get eaten alive by the remaining members of the Confederacy, I should be in California by the afternoon (If I don’t get eaten alive by gravity). Clearly my bag was too full to squeeze in the optimism.
What did I get into today?
Today starts VBS at Hill Street and I’m helping with the music class. 2 and a half hours of singing and dancing is quite a workout. After VBS was when the fun started though. Four of us headed over to Georgia Baptist and took a night swim. The water was the perfect temp, the moon was out (making it kinda eerie), and we ended up having a pretty good time. Two days in a row of lake swimming…I could get used to this.
