Though Cleopatra Records signed the musical icon several years ago, nothing has come of that deal until now (we can't help but wonder if Stone's shady personal life is to blame). According to Exclaim, the forthcoming album reportedly features the Family Stone (who parted ways with their funky leader back in the '70s) and marks Stone's first output since 1982's 'Ain't But the One Way.'
