As the defense wraps up it's presentation in this disgusting capital murder case, many are scratching their heads and asking "they aren't really stupid enough to put that woman on the stand, are they??" However, after apparently graduating from the less-prestigious "I Cant Believe It's Not A Law School," Baez, and Anthony herself, may be stupid enough to make this real. Baez almost promised the jury in opening statements that you would hear the 'real story' that Caylee Anthony was not murdered but drowned in a swimming pool. Anthony appears to be a pathological liar and ego-maniac who likely believes she can talk her way to freedom. This would be the equivalent of giving the prosecution team a baseball bat, and just letting them whack the defendant until she is rapidly transported to death row. The ultimate decision is made by Anthony herself, and gee, she seems like a girl who has always made so many correct, wise decisions. Making a jury feel insulted or lied to will inevitably put her in a position only slightly better than the Chinese lady pictured above, who was caught with a household appliance actually manufactured in America.The trial has has enough circus mentality that there still appears to be a chance of a mistrial or hung jury, however, if Anthony gets up on that stand-she isn't just going to have to handle the easy questions from her own 'attorney,' but will have to take on the verbal assault of the state upon cross-examination. It is bad enough now that Anthony's mother may take the stand to assert she believes her own daughter is guilty, but please don't execute her. Wow. The only thing more bizarre and 'stuck on stupid' would be if we were to hear that, say, Lindsay Lohan was stupid enough to violate her probation again by drinking. What??? You're kidding!
