I’ve already lost six pounds in three weeks from running regularly, which is fairly significant in that I’ve finally burnt through the 160’s into the upper 150’s. I ran four miles in two days and woke up feeling like death from all the soreness, especially in my lower back and hips. So I treated myself to some eel sushi for lunch, went out for a steak dinner with my dad, and broke one of my health goals for the summer by eating late at night. It was glorious, and the best thanks I could give myself for all my hard work and dedication these last three years.
