Shaquille O'Neal 'quizzed by police over brutal kidnap and beating of man who had Shaq adultery sex tape'

Shaquille O'Neal has been questioned by police over the alleged kidnap and brutal beating of a man who claimed to have a sex tape showing the star committing adultery, it has been reported.
Seven gang members have been arrested on charges that they kidnapped, assaulted and robbed Robert Ross after he said he had a tape showing the former basketball player sleeping with other women when he was married to ex-wife Shaunie.
Main Street Mafia Crip gang member Ladell Rowles, from Los Angeles, a friend of O'Neal's, is said to have gone on the armed mission to steal the tape in 2008 with the six others.

While O'Neal did not take part in the alleged search and destroy mission and is not considered a suspect, LAPD officers have interviewed the star to determine whether he was involved in some way, according to TMZ.
The seven gangsters met up with Ross at the Pink Dot convenience store on Sunset Strip, according to the police report, before surrounding his Rolls Royce Phanton with raised guns.

They then allegedly forced themselves into his car and forced him to drive to Rowles's house in South Central L.A., where they pistol whipped him and demanded the return of the sex tape.
After Ross said he would have to go home to get the tape, the gangsters are said to have taken $15,000 and his Rolex diamond chain and earrings before letting him go.
The seven men are currently being held in jail
on charges of robbery and kidnapping among other crimes.
