What can we tell you? We at AITC have demonstrated consistent empathy with/understanding of her because her clueless parents just fucked her up from the start. However, there comes a point in time when even generally tolerant folk, such as ourselves, give up and say put her away and let her eat lime jello off a prison tray for a year. In what has to be one of the stupidest decisions, on top of uncountable stupid decisions, Lohan was busted again for consuming alcohol against her probation mandates.Lohan has already been given 'slap-on-the-wrist' treatment for now too many to count episodes of poor judgment decision making. We wont even go back to the beginning for purposes of conciseness, and the post would be so lengthy it would read like a Tolstoy novel. However, even after all of her drug/alcohol/theft failures, she was still released on house arrest with an ankle bracelet despite breaking probation with a new crime, after breaking probation and breaking probation and breaking probation YADA YADA YADA. She even had the benefit under house arrest of flirting with the boundaries of that consideration by staying on the home property, but sunning herself/entertaining friends on the roof {which is still considered 'in the house'}. That still wasn't good enough, and evidently one of those friends brought some alcohol to their sun splash, and as a result Lohan failed the alcohol/drug screen and was ordered back to court today.
As we understand it, she is still facing the final gavel-we believe we have a link to a live stream {it is 3 hours earlier in Cali}, but we would expect ANOTHER verdict at any moment. Quite frankly, if the judge {same one who has given her many breaks} doesn't send her directly to the clink, we are of the opinion that the court is as much to blame for enabling her as her dysfunctional parents were. If any of us would have done 25% of what Lohan has done in the past couple years, we would have been learning to play the drum beat to Folsom Prison Blues on our cell's bars. We enjoy alcohol ourselves, but man, it isn't worth all that when it obviously has taken over your own good sense and proper decision making skills.
