Lindsay Lohan has allegedly defaulted on a settlement owed to photographer Scott Nathan.LOS ANGELES - Lindsay Lohan is having image problems.
A livid lensman who won a settlement against the "Mean Girls" star and her business partners has gone back to federal court-claiming Lohan is a deadbeat when it comes to paying up.
Snapper Scott Nathan sued in April 2010 saying he was hired in 2008 to take modeling shots of Lohan in exchange for a 1% interest in her 6126 clothing company.
Nathan said Lohan and her partners reneged on the agreement and later used one of his shots as cover art for the starlet's 2008 dance pop single "Bossy" without his consent.
The parties reached a confidential settlement in December, but Nathan claims he's yet to receive payment.
He now wants a judge to force Lohan's hand.
"Defendants defaulted under the terms of the settlement agreement in March," Nathan's lawyer Philip Nevinny said in a federal court declaration.
Nevinny also is asking for an extra $2,100 in attorney fees related to the wrangling.
Lohan, 24, is under house arrest at her posh Venice Beach pad after admitting she took a diamond necklace from a jewelry store without paying for it.
She was photographed this weekend hosting a barbecue for more than a dozen friends on her sunny roof deck with wraparound beach and mountain views.
The party was "very mellow," a source told TMZ.com.
