Jennifer Lopez and ex-husband Ojani Noa have been battling in court for years.

It looks like Jennifer Lopez has won this battle ? for now.

Lopez, 41, has been granted a temporary restraining order to block the release of a private, intimate video featuring the "American Idol" judge and her ex-husband, Ojani Noa.

The steamy video in question is from Lopez's honeymoon with her first husband back in 1997.

Noa's manager, Ed Meyer, said there was "about 15-20 minutes of total nudity between all the different clips among the 27 hours of footage," according to E! News.

While there may not be any sex scenes in the film, its release to the public would still be embarrassing for the sexy singer.

Noa sold the personal footage to current girlfriend, Claudia Vasquez, for a mere $1, with the intention that she would be the one to release it.

Once Noa was barred from releasing any details about his former life with J.Lo, Vasquez thought she was in the clear to sell the tape.

But, that proved to be untrue after Lopez went back to court to stop Vaquez from making the footage public.

Vazquez's attorney, Cris Armenta, told E! News that her client "cannot release any portion of the home videos and does not have the right to use the footage at this time."

The only way the footage can be released now, is if the "Jenny from the Block" singer signs off on it herself.

This isn't the first time Noa has tried to make a buck off of his famous ex.

Back in April 2006, Lopez sued to prevent Noa from publishing a tell-all book containing details about their marriage.

In 2007, a judge issued a permanent injunction forbidding him from "criticizing, denigrating, casting in a negative light or otherwise disparaging" his former wife.

Noa was then ordered to hand over all materials related to his proposed book.

Lopez sued her ex again in November 2009 for breach of contract and invasion of privacy. Noa planned to release his film, "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J-Lo and Ojani Noa Story" and other unseen home video footage of the two.

Lopez married singer Marc Anthony in June 2004. The couple are parents to 3-year-old twins, Max and Emme.
