VENICE - One person was killed and two others wounded in a shooting today in a Venice-area park.
Police were called to Penmar Park, 1311 Lake St., at 4:10 p.m., according to Los Angeles police Officer Rosario Herrera.
The conditions of the other two victims were not immediately known. A search was continuing for a suspect.
