Designed by artist Lars Stroschen, the Propeller Island City Lodge is located in East Berlin among an inconspicuous section of apartment blocks. Each room is a unique piece of art. There are over twenty rooms and offered among them are accommodations suited for everyone.
Compared to other lodging combinations (excluding hostels), I find the prices very reasonable considering the awesome designs featured in each room. Room prices range from 69 € (about $92 USD) to 190 €(about $255 USD) with each additional person costing 15 €(about $20 USD).
