This is Wendy I actually "discovered" her the other while randomly watching videos on Youtube. Her videos on Youtube are very good, she does tutorial either about hair or tips about clothes. She also has a Blog Wendy's Lookbook. She is very sweet and funny :3.
Another famous Youtuber is Michelle Phan, she also did 2 videos about scarves. She mostly does make up tutorials, but recently she's been doing a little bit of hair tutorials, outfit tips among other things.
