Since his May 11th admission to the hospital after falling into a coma due to pneumonia, and being too high to notice it, a decision has been made to remove Conaway from life support today. the feeding tube has already been removed-the ventilator breathing for him will be unplugged this afternoon. It is confirmed he has no brain functioning, although if you saw his Dr. Drew appearances, he hasn't been working with too many synapses during the last decade anyway. A career that started with so much promise apparently ends in a dark, lonely valley. BTW-THE END CAME QUICKLY AFTER THE VENTILATOR WAS DETACHED-IT IS JUST AFTER 3:00 PM ET, AND CONAWAY HAS ALREADY PASSED AT AGE 60. MAY HE FINALLY BE AT PEACE.
