1. WACKER
North Wacker Drive, to be precise.
Home of the
Lyric Opera of Chicago
Isn't she a beauty?
An architectural lovely welcoming tenors,
sopranos, and one exceptionally brilliant law firm
with the good mind to hire a handsome
Scandanavian fixer upper of
gnarly basements.
The Lyric is the second largest opera house
in North America (after the Met).
Built in 1929, the building's architectural sculpture
is by Henry Hering, and the interior is Art-Deco.
Whoa.
Holy wackness.
That is neither lyrical nor lovely.
hmmmm...those tights look familiar...
Granted.
Wackadoodledandy,
but not the wack I mean to share.
2. WACK-OH!
In a good way!
The lovely stylist behind this Lulu Frost campaign,
who also art directs and is a creative genius capturing
the attention of the fashion world gave me an interview.
Yep. She will be featured on this li'l blog for
AN INSPIRED LIFE Friday!
You may not know her name,
but you definitely know her work
and high brow clients.
Curious??????
Here's a hint.
I have blogged about her
several times and remain enchanted
by one of her fun hobbies...watercolors.
me
(during a phase before i learned tights are not pants...JOKING.
but how wack that i chose an ensemble matching
that avant-garde geriatric soul at WalMart!?!)
WACK to the O.
Another fun interview!
Can't believe the divine wackness myself.
Please please come over this Friday for the post,
pour something mood alteringly delicious,
and be entertained and enlightened
by a fabulous inspiring blonde.
(pants optional)
