The story has evolved from a couple dead, to about 20 and now has spiked to 80 or more in the shooting spree alone. The suspect is the same one as is suspected of detonating a bomb in downtown Oslo, which killed at least 7 more people. The terrorist captured, at this time he is not yet assumed to be the lone gunman, was wearing a stolen police uniform and just started raking a youth camp with unopposed AK-47 fire. He is described as a known right-wing extremist. Youths jumped into the water to swim away from the island camp to avoid the shots with mixed success {see BBC photo above}. The camp may have been targeted due to it's affiliation with Norway's current ruling party, as the terrorist attacks had a decidedly homegrown anti-government theme to them.
