Ryan Dunn was drunk and driving excessively fast prior to fatally crashing his car Monday.Though a toxicology report wasn't expected for several weeks, "Jackass" star Ryan Dunn reportedly had more than twice the legal amount of alcohol in his body when he fatally crashed his car earlier this week.
Dunn, 34, and passenger Zach Hartwell were riding in his Porsche in West Goshen, Pa., early Monday when the vehicle flew over a guardrail and crashed into a ravine before busting into flames.
Hours before the accident, Dunn had posted a photo on Twitter showing him drinking with friends.
West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll told Philadelphia's Daily Local News Wednesday that Dunn's blood alcohol content was at .196. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is .08.
"No other substances were found in his blood other than the alcohol," Carroll said.
Though it wasn't clear from the autopsies whether Dunn and Hartwell died from the blunt impact or the fire, an accident reconstruction team determined the daredevil was driving excessively fast.

The car's estimated speed was between 132 and 140 miles per hour.
"I've never seen a car destroyed in an automobile accident the way this car was even before it caught fire," Carroll said Tuesday. "The automobile actually came apart."
"It was unbelievable and I've been on a lot of fatal accident scenes," he added. "This is by far the worst I've ever seen."
According to Daily Local News, Dunn was arrested for driving under the influence following an accident in 2005.

Dunn's record was reportedly wiped clean, however, after he participated in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program.
The reality star was at the West Chester bar Barnaby's of America prior to Monday's crash, though the manager told the Daily News on Monday that he was only served "a couple of Coronas."
"I wouldn't call it partying," O'Brien said, adding. "We would have stopped if he had too many drinks."
