Looks like Nikki Blonsky has plenty to sing about: The Hairspray star has a new boyfriend, aspiring model/actor Tommy Potoeski, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

The actress, 22, stepped out with her new man, 25, Monday, sharing a kiss on the streets of New York.

Their evening, however, was a family affair, as the couple helped Blonsky's parents, Karen and Carl, celebrate their 23rd wedding anniversary at Manhattan restaurant APL.

The party dined for four hours, capping off their meal with an oversized cupcake from Crumbs bakery and a customized cake baked by restaurant owner Joey Verdone.
