I’m getting blood tests tomorrow and I need a resting insulin/glucose level as part of it. One of those, at least. I forget which.

Still, at least I saw a doctor finally, after a year of small issues building up? I forgot to ask about my sleep habits, though, probably because it just feels so normal now. I can’t fall asleep before 4 or 5 in the morning right now (as evidenced by my posting habits); it was the same deal last summer. I think it’s the longer days that are getting to me, and it fucking sucks. I’m thinking about going in for a sleep study if insurance would cover it. It might also help if I cut back on caffeine/nicotine/alcohol, but I really need the first two to function, since I’m not formally medicated for ADHD right now and I would probably be even more scatterbrained without that shit. BUT UGH I HATE IT SOMETIMES AND I COULD NEVER MAKE IT TO MY 8:30 CLASSES LAST YEAR
