The hints, allegations and things not left unsaid suggest the International Monetary Fund chief was arrested and charged with sexually assautling a hotel maid after running down the hotel hallway, sans clothing {i.e buck nekkid}. He left the hotel so fast he forgot his cell phone, and was seated on a flight when officers pinched him-likely 10 more minutes and he would have been in the air towards France. He intends to plead not guilty-we believe he is using an affirmative "Chewbacca/Keith Moon Defense", but had been considered a great candidate for eventual French presidency.
