WE CAN'T RULE OUT THAT WESTERN PARTS OF MARYLAND MAY FEEL SOME STRONG STORMS AS THE PATTERN COMES NORTH UP THE JET STREAM.On an editorial note, as a parent, a counselor, a neighbor, a friend and a human being-we are disgusted with the display of our president during the last 48 hours. We are hearing tales, and seeing sights, of devastated parents whose children were sucked out of sun-roofs and crushed cars. We are seeing sights of people who no longer have a home, sentimental possessions, a beloved pet, or a job. We were seeing pictures of shell-shocked, grieving, parents carrying pictures of kids missing after their graduation, which, in one miracle was moved from the high school gym {the high school was obliterated} to a larger venue across town. The parents, as is mandatory for everyone else, have had to take cover again as new storms are about to shake the rubble. We hope that royal dinner tasted good. This type of behavior from Washington politicians is beyond disgusting. We actually feel as if we may vomit. At least Piers Morgan cares. Sunday's beast was officially an EF-5, with wind at, or above, 200 mph. Live news crews are now being tossed from Joplin streets because even a moderate storm right now will hinder rescue efforts, and cause untold amount of projectiles/fragments to be driven into the air. BTW-1,500 missing is a gruesome number at this point.
